Scope:
To transform Billi UK's newly acquired Farringdon premises into a contemporary and functional London hub, incorporating showroom, meeting, hospitality and entertainment spaces. The comprehensive refurbishment included design, construction, interior enhancements, furniture supply and external improvements.

The Brief
Billi UK had acquired a former hair salon in Farringdon and wanted to completely reimagine the premises to create a distinctive new space for the business.
The new environment needed to fulfil a variety of purposes, combining a prestigious showroom with practical meeting and hospitality facilities. The design also needed to showcase Billi UK's products while creating a welcoming and engaging experience for customers and visitors.
Our team worked closely with Billi UK from the outset, beginning with a detailed site survey to understand the existing building and establish what could be retained, adapted or completely transformed.
The Solution
Our in-house design team developed detailed 3D rendered designs, allowing Billi UK to visualise the proposed space before work began and helping us refine the concept together.
On the ground floor, we created a welcoming reception area alongside two contemporary display kitchens. New flooring and partitioning were introduced throughout, while bespoke window displays helped transform the customer-facing environment and showcase the Billi UK brand.
Essential building systems were also upgraded, with the exterior repainted and a new entrance door installed to give the premises a refreshed appearance from the moment visitors arrive.
The basement was transformed into a versatile hospitality and entertainment space incorporating a contemporary bar and kitchen alongside meeting facilities. Bespoke dividers were introduced to provide greater privacy and flexibility, allowing the area to accommodate different activities and requirements.
Plants were carefully incorporated throughout both floors to soften the environment and bring a natural element to the contemporary interior.
The Result
The refurbishment completely transformed the former salon into a contemporary and versatile London hub for Billi UK.
The finished space successfully combines a prestigious customer-facing showroom with practical meeting, hospitality and entertainment areas, giving the business an environment that can support a variety of different activities.
